「ぐるーん」の共感できるところは、単に行政を批判するのではなくて、現状をきちんと認識して、それに対して自分たちが出来ることを確実にやろうとしているところです。そして、サポーターが実際に体験することを確実に積み上げて行こうという自主性と行動力、さまざまな役割や次元を繋げていこうという協調性、フレキシビリティが見えることもまた共感できます。

私はボランティア組織にもいろいろ関わって来ました。しかし、ボランティアすること自体が目的になってしまったり、正義を振りかざし、行政批判するだけで行動しないところが少なくありません。また、自分たちの視点でしか物事を見ていない、ある意味でエゴが見え隠れしてしまっているところもあります。

何よりもスタッフの皆さんの本気度が伝わって来ることに共感します。

是非ぐるーんの活動を広めて下さい。

What Gruun makes sense is that, without merely criticizing administrative bodies, they try to  recognize precisely where they are currently situated and then carry out what they are able to do with certainty. Gruun accumulates numbers of practical experiences conducted through the eyes of  the actibities by its supporters....that is based upon their unique autonomy and dynamism. Also I  agree and can observe its harmonizing flexibility in an effort to connect various assignments and/or dimentions together.

To tell you the truth, I was personally involved with various volunteer organizations/actitivies in the past. In some cases, I saw the volunteer work itself became a goal or  some organization started to criticize the administrative authorities  by the name of  justice, or some began to see things in their own limited perspectives being trapped  with ego-trip.

As for Gruun, what impresses me the most is that I do feel the sense of seriousness among Gruun's staff members.
